Turn up and play with PL4S

If you, or your children, are looking for more ways to get active, then Premier League 4 Sport could be just the ticket.

Aiming to encourage more young people into sport, PL4S organises an array of free and affordable sessions in table tennis, hockey, basketball and tennis in various locations across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and South West Wales.

But don’t worry if you can’t slam dunk or if you can’t serve up an ace every time you’re on the court because all young people aged between 13 and 19 are welcome, regardless of their sporting ability.

There’s even the opportunity for participants to represent the Trust in each sport at national championships, where they will compete against other Premier League clubs.

So if you’re interested in getting involved, just turn up and play at the following sessions:

Basketball
Penlan LC – Mondays 8-9pm - £2
Llangatwg School - Mondays 5-6pm - £2
Penyrheol LC – Tuesdays 7-8pm - £2
Baglan Boys & Girls Club – Tuesdays 8-9pm - £2
Pontardawe LC – Tuesdays 4-5pm - £2
Morriston LC (Gymnasium) – Thursdays 8.30-9.30pm - £2

Hockey
Neath Sports Centre - Mondays 5-6pm - £2
Carmarthen LC – Tuesdays 5.30-7pm - £3

Table Tennis
Hendy Youth Club – Mondays 7-8pm – FREE
Bae Baglan School - Wednesdays 6-9pm - £2
Gorseinon Youth Club – Wednesdays 7-8pm – FREE
Burry Port Youth Club – Thursdays 5.30-6.30pm – FREE
Morriston Youth Club – Thursdays 7-8pm – FREE
Phoenix Centre – Fridays 5-7pm - FREE

Tennis
Llanelli Tennis Club – Wednesdays 5-6pm - £1
Swansea Tennis and Squash Club – Saturdays 12-1pm - £1
Virgin Active – Saturdays 2-3pm - £1
