Under-21s earn victory over Bath City

15th July

Swansea City Under-21s came from behind to beat Bath City and earn their first victory of pre-season.
Chris Llewellyn's side started brightly and came close to opening the scoring when Alex Samuel's low drive was palmed away by the goalkeeper.
However, it was Bath who took the lead as Andy Watkins produced a lovely deft lob over the advancing Gregor Zabret in the Swans goal.
Henry Jones had a good chance to equalise for the visitors but he was denied by Butler after being put through one on one.
After a number of changes at the interval, the Swans came out strongly in the second period looking to turn the game in their favour.
Bath came close to doubling their lead when Dan Bowman shot just wide of the far post before the Swans drew level as Stephen Fallon slotted home.
After yet more changes throughout the second half from both sides, it was Llewellyn's men that sealed victory as Ryan Hedges netted from the penalty spot late on.

**The Under-21s continue their pre-season programme with a trip to Port Talbot Town on Saturday (3pm).
