Under-21s stay top despite defeat

23rd March

Huddersfield U21s 3-1 Swans U21s
Professional Development League Two South - Saturday, March 21
The Under-21s lost for only the second time in 16 matches following a 3-1 defeat against Huddersfield Town.
The home side started well and took the lead after 16 minutes when Jack Boyle finished well after being set up by Sondre Tronstad.
However, the visitors responded well and levelled matters on the half-hour mark thanks to Alex Samuel's goal.
But the second half belonged to the Terriers - Jack Senior regained the lead for the hosts shortly after the break, while Boyle netted his second of the game with a fine strike from 25 yards.
The result means the Under-21s stay stop of Development League Two South with just three league games left of the campaign.

The Under-21s are next in action on Monday, March 30 as they take on Leeds United at the Liberty Stadium (6.30pm).
Tickets for this game are now on sale, priced £1 adults and £1 children. They can be purchased online, in-person at the Ticket Office or by calling 0844 815 6665.
