Updated: Valencia trip advice

11th September
UPDATE: Please note that Valencia has informed us that they will not be able to offer a duplicate ticket service for those supporters who arrive at the stadium without their pre-purchased ticket. They will not allow fans without their original ticket into the stadium.

With tickets now available for the trip to Valencia, the Club would like to make supporters aware of a number of issues ahead of the game.
The Swans kick off their Europa League group stage campaign at the Mestalla on Thursday, September 19.
We have received an allocation of 2,377 tickets for the game, all located in the upper tier of one end of the stadium.
It is worth noting that in order to access your seat you will have to climb 19 flights of stairs - which equates to 152 steps.
There is no lift access to the area where Swans fans will be situated.
Also, disabled supporters are advised to contact Valencia directly if they wish to purchase tickets. This is because the disabled section is at the opposite end of the stadium to where the Swans fans will be housed.
With the away section situated very high up in the upper tier, we would like to inform supporters to monitor their situation if they suffer from vertigo or other height fears.
Supporters who suffer from such conditions cannot be moved to another section of the stadium.
In addition, we will not be receiving any more tickets outside of our allocation. Therefore, any Swans fans trying to purchase tickets in the home sections of the Mestalla will end up being removed and ejected from the stadium.
Supporters are also advised to arrive early because every individual will be searched prior to entering the stadium.
Large flags will not be permitted inside the stadium. Some flags will be allowed in, but they have to carry a fire retardant tag.
For those supporters who have already departed for Spain, there will be a ticket collection point made available in Valencia for those who have already made arrangements with the ticket office, but this is to be confirmed in due course.

** The Swans Trust will hold their latest Fans Forum this Thursday (12th September) at the Liberty Stadium.
The forum will run from 7.30pm until around 10pm, with the panel including manager Michael Laudrup, Angel Rangel, Nathan Dyer and Jonjo Shelvey, as well as Club Ambassador Lee Trundle.
Also in attendance will be Chairman Huw Jenkins, Vice-Chairman Leigh Dineen and Supporters Director Huw Cooze, along with members of the Trust Board.
All are free to attend.
