Neath Port Talbot County Development Coach - Full time (35 hours per week) at £15,000-17,000 pa

Swansea City Community Trust is looking to recruit a football development coach for the Neath Port Talbot County region.
The Trust has been successfully running a primary schools project as part of the Premier League's School Sport Programme for two years.
The aforementioned post, which is part funded by the Premier League charitable fund, Welsh government and the FAW Trust, has recently become available within this excellent project.
The ideal candidate will have FA Coaching Level 2 (UEFA 'C' Licence) and working towards Level 3 (UEFA 'B' Licence). 
The role will require the successful candidate to work additional hours on times at the Academy Development Centre's as well as frequent evening and weekend working when required. 
The main focus of the role is to: 
• encourage young people's enthusiasm and participation in sport and physical activity
• help develop their skills and knowledge
• enhance community links and relationships between schools, colleges and football clubs/leagues and Swansea City AFC Community Trust
