Healthy Lifestyle Officer - fixed term maternity cover (ending April 30, 2016), part time (21 hours per week) at £20,858 pa
Swansea City Community Trust is looking to recruit an healthy lifestyle officer to deliver a series of healthy eating workshops and/or sessions which encourage families to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Do you have experience of delivering healthy eating, or behaviour change programmes, and partnership working with private, voluntary and public sectors? If so, then this could be the job for you.
The Healthy Together Project tackles health problems by engaging families in a program that provides an integrated approach to improving physical activity and nutrition levels, and thereby empowering families to lead a healthier lifestyle.
