The Liberty Stadium are recruiting for matchday hosts to work within the restaurants, suites and boxes. The individual will meet and greet matchday customers and VIP guests, identify any of their needs and direct the guests to their boxes, suites and tables.
Hosts are required to meet the needs of the customers, focusing on initiating a welcoming contact whilst striving to deliver first class customer service.



The ideal candidate will:
•    Have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with customers on a professional level
•    Be cheerful
•    Be professional
•    Be well-groomed and smartly presented

Essential criteria:
•    Previous experience in a customer service based role is essential
