Part Time Learning Coach (Tutor)

(Premier League Enterprise Programme)

Swansea City's Community Trust have been successful in securing funding to deliver the Premier League Enterprise Programme.
The programme is funded by the Premier League and Sport Relief and the post is fixed term until August 31, 2017.

Salary: £20,000 Pro Rata

Location: Initially based at the Liberty Stadium & NPTC Group, Neath Campus (outreach work at schools across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot & Bridgend)

Working hours: 17.5 hours per week. Additional hours may be available subject to funding (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).

Role: To develop and deliver enterprise workshops mapped to the key stage 3 and 4 curriculum in partnership with secondary schools as part of Swansea City's Community Trust Enterprise Project. The programme aims to demonstrate to pupils the relevance of maths and English to the real world of work, whilst preparing them for the Welsh Baccalaureate by developing their enterprising skills. This will be done by completing interactive and practical tasks based around how a football club operates as a business.

DBS VETTING: This post, due to its nature, duties and responsibilities will be subject to a check by The Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The level of check which will apply will be an "Enhanced Disclosure".
