The Swans suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat at home to Mauricio Pochettino's side on Sunday, despite putting in a dominant performance at a rain-soaked Liberty Stadium.
After Harry Kane had given Spurs an early lead, Wilfried Bony equalised shortly after the break.
Garry Monk's men were the superior side in the second period and had numerous chances to take the lead, only to be dealt a sucker punch when Christian Eriksen hit home the winner in the 89th minute.
