The Swans will be VIOLA’s first venture into the realm of football sponsorship by becoming a kit partner to raise their profile in South-West Wales and continue their commitment in supporting elite sport in Wales. The deal cements their intent and vision for future growth, local development, funding in tech services and sustainable employment for South Wales.

Cory Richards, Swansea City's partnership sales manager said: “We are overjoyed to welcome VIOLA into the Swans fold.

"As a local business focused on servicing the local community and beyond, we are thrilled to partner with a sponsor who shares our core identity, values and landscape. This is just the beginning of the partnership and I’m excited to see where this leads. We want to grow with VIOLA. There is definitely more to come.

"There’s always a buzz around completing a partnership with a new brand and for it to be one that has national and international aspirations makes it even more special.

Swansea City chairman, Trevor Birch, added: “It gives me great pleasure to welcome VIOLA to the football family and I thank them for their support on behalf of the club and our supporters.

“Swansea City is still very much a community club and it’s extremely encouraging when a local company such as VIOLA supports our vision for the future, especially when it is their first venture into football.

“I’m sure that by working in partnership and supporting each other we can have a bright future together.’’

VIOLA chairman Chris Hamilton added: "VIOLA BLACK are thrilled to be announced as 2019-20 kit partner with Swansea City and we are delighted to be associated with a club so steeped in great traditions and Welsh football history.
