Fernando Llorente proved the Swans' late hero last weekend after his header clinched a 3-2 win over Burnley.
The Liberty was rocking as the Spaniard rose highest to meet Tom Carroll's cross and power his effort past Clarets keeper Paul Robinson in the 92nd minute.
Llorente had earlier opened the scoring, with his latest brace taking his tally to the season to 11.
