The Swans moved four points of the relegation zone last weekend thanks to a 2-0 home win over Leicester City.
Paul Clement's side picked up another crucial three points at the Liberty courtesy of victory against the defending Premier League champions.
A stunning volley from Alfie Mawson put the Swans ahead before Martin Olsson fired in his first goal for the club to double the lead.
