Luciano Narsingh insists the Swans can turn things around despite suffering a fifth defeat in six league games on home soil.

Glenn Murray’s first-half strike earned Premier League new boys Brighton all three points at the Liberty on another disappointing afternoon in SA1 for the Swans.

Paul Clement’s side went close to grabbing a late equaliser but sub Narsingh’s effort in added time struck the crossbar.

Defeat moved the Swans into the bottom three, but Narsingh revealed the squad have faith that they can turn their form around.

“We are very disappointed,” said the winger. “We understand the fans’ frustration. They want to see wins just as much as we do.

“We ask that they keep faith in us. We have to show them that we are working hard and can deliver better performances.

“We have to keep working hard and start taking points. We have to keep going, stay focused and keep believing.

“We have confidence we can be better than this, but we have to show it on the pitch.

“It is a difficult time but we are confident we can turn things around for the club and start to take the points.”
