Williams excited to be back

28th June
Swans captain Ashley Williams admitted he is looking forward to another "exciting" season as the Swans began their preparations for the 2015-16 Barclays Premier League campaign on Sunday (June 28).
Garry Monk's men returned to Landore to undergo a series of fitness tests ahead of a rigorous pre-season schedule.
And the Swans skipper insisted that, despite enjoying just a short summer break, he is raring to go once again.

"It's nice to see the guys and catch up on how everyone's been over the summer," said Williams.
"Pre-season comes around quick, but it's good to get back in because the start of every new season is exciting.
"It's been a good summer for me with Wales. There's not been much rest, but I'm still on a high from beating Belgium.
"It's mostly medical tests with the doctor and the physios to see where we are at today.
"Everyone is in shape, but pre-season will still hurt and will still be hard I am sure.
"But I can't wait for the season now. We've got a good opening fixture - a difficult one (against Chelsea), but one that everyone will look forward to.
"Last season was great and probably my best season. I really enjoyed it, so we'll be looking to have another good one this season.
"The confidence we built last season and the things we put in place, we will try and add to that and improve this season. The focus begins today right through until the end of the season."
And Williams was pleased to welcome the new additions of Andre Ayew and Franck Tabanou, who linked up with their new team-mates for the first time today, while fellow recruit Kristoffer Nordfeldt will join up with the Swans on Monday.
"I met a couple of the new guys this morning - Andre and Franck," added Williams. "It's always nice to have new additions, players who can help us get to where we want to be this season."
