The winner of the Ultimate Swans Experience* prize draw will receive:

• Four match tickets to the first home game of 2018-19.
• Four hospitality places in the 1912 Lounge with complimentary drinks.
• One-night stay in a family room.
• Stadium parking.
• Tour of the training ground.
• A 2018-19 signed shirt

The winner of the prize draw will be chosen at random from all supporters who have created a Swans Club Account or updated their marketing preferences before Sunday, May 13.

The way in which supporters will be receiving Swansea City news and marketing information will be changing.

Legislative changes mean we will be unable to send you information via email or SMS unless you have opted in to receive such communications from Swansea City.

Supporters are now required to manage their communication preferences to continue receiving news, ticket information, merchandise offers etc.

By subscribing to our mailing lists, you will only receive emails that you want from us:

• The latest club news
• Ticket on-sale dates and ticket availability for home and away fixtures, memberships and season ticket updates.
• New Swans merchandise ranges, latest offers and promotions.
• Offers and availability in our hospitality lounges and corporate events.
• Community, Academy and Development.
• Occasional information, offers and competitions from third party sponsors and partners.

You will have total control over what you want and what you don’t want to receive from us. If at any point you no longer want to receive our information, then you will be able to unsubscribe in a few clicks.

Following the launch of our new Swans Club Account back in November 2017, supporters were given full control of their account and what they receive from the club.

Supporters can update their personal details directly from their new account and update their marketing preferences.

• Swansea City AFC reserves the right to change and/or withdraw a prize or prizes at any time.
• The tickets for the first home game of 2018-19 season will be situated in the West stand.
• The winner of the Ultimate Swans Experience will be chosen at random from all supporters who have created a Swans Club Account or updated their preference centre by May 13, 2018.
• The one-night stay is for a family room which can take up to 4 people.
• Parking at the stadium will be for one car.
• The complimentary drinks in the hospitality lounge will include house wine, beers, lagers and soft drinks.
• The winner of the Ultimate Swans Experience prize draw will be contacted in the week commencing Monday, May 14 using the email address provided from their Swans Club Account.
• If the prize isn’t claimed a week after the winner is notified then the club reserves the right to contact a new winner at random.
• In the case where the winner is a season ticket holder then their seats will be upgraded to hospitality for that one game.
• The prizes for the Ultimate Swans Experience are subject to availability.
