If I am a current season ticket holder, will I get a new season ticket card?

Supporters who renew without changing seats or price class can continue using their existing season ticket card. New cards will only be issued if you change your price class or relocate your seat. In these cases, cards will be issued digitally. 

 

What if I can't access digital tickets?

In this case, please email the ticket office (ticketing@swanseacity.com) or call on 01792 616400 and select option 1, and they will be able to help.

 

When can I renew my season ticket? 
Renewals open at 1pm on Monday, March 23 and close at midnight on Thursday, April 30. 

 

Will my seat be reserved for me? 
Yes, your current seat will be reserved until Thursday, April 30. After this date, any unrenewed seats will be released for general sale.

 

Will my price change if I renew later? 
No - your exclusive renewal price will remain available until Thursday, April 30. 

 

What happens if I don’t renew by the deadline? 
If you do not renew by Thursday, April 30, your seat will be released and may be sold. You will however be able to purchase a season ticket in the general sale window, but your usual seat may not be available.

 

When do season tickets go on sale to non-season ticket holders? 
Early-bird sales open at 10am on Wednesday, March 25. General sale begins at 10am on Thursday, April 9.

 

Can I buy a season ticket during the early bird window? 
Yes, from Wednesday, March 25, the early bird window is open to everyone.

 

Can I move my seat? 
Seat relocation options will be available during the renewal period, subject to availability. 

 

Can I buy additional seats for friends or family? 
Yes, additional seats can be purchased from Wednesday, March 25, subject to availability.

 

What happens if I had a Student Season Ticket this season? 

If you renew your season ticket, your Student Season Ticket will automatically change to an Adult Season Ticket. If you are within the 'young adult' bracket (18-23), please contact ticketing@swanseacity.com for further assistance.

 

Can I upgrade my seat to a hospitality package? 
Yes, upgrades are available and season ticket holders receive an exclusive discount should they wish to enjoy one of our hospitality packages. If you are interested in hospitality, you can register your interest HERE

 

How do I renew or purchase a season ticket? 
You can complete your renewal or purchase online via the club website, or in person at the ticket office. If renewing online, please ensure you are logged into your Swans Club account.

 

What payment options are available?

Is there still Swans Cashback?

There will be no Swans Cashback for the 2026-27 season. Make sure you use the remainder of your balance by the end of the season. This can be used towards purchasing your season tickets. 

 

How do I purchase multiple tickets on the interest-free direct debit payment option?

You must ensure that you have created a ‘network’ for your season tickets, as per our guide HERE.​

What if I cancel my direct debit before all payments have been made?

Your access to the stadium via your season ticket will be cancelled and Swansea City AFC is under no obligation to refund any payments which have already been made to date.
