Information for Deaf supporters

We are working hard to improve the accessibility of the Swansea.com Stadium for Deaf people and people who are hard of hearing.

HEARING LOOPS

We have permanent hearing loop facilities available at the main supporter service points throughout the stadium including:

Main Reception
The Club Shop
Ticket office

KIOSK MENUS

We have printed, visual menus available at our concourse kiosks in order to help supporters who used British Sign Language as a first language communicate their drink order.

OUR BSL PLEDGE

The club is working with Swansea Deaf Centre in order to incorporate more BSL into our club and matchday messaging. Our big screens display messages of welcome in English, Welsh and BSL and in May 2022, our players signed our in-match gifs as part of a Deaf Awareness week.
