2014-15 Mascot Experiences: How to apply

With the 2014/2015 Barclays Premier League campaign fast approaching, Swansea City will soon be taking bookings for the Mascot Experience.
Next season's fixtures are released on Wednesday, June 18 and four mascot positions will be available for each home game.
To be eligible for one of these you must be aged between 6 and 12 years old, with the cost of the matchday Mascot Experience being £450 (plus VAT).
The following is included in the package:
- A replica Swansea City home or away kit
- Lap of honour with Club Mascots
- Lead the team onto the pitch
- A Swansea City football signed by the players
- A free matchday programme
- A prized photograph with the captain and match officials
- Buffet for four guests (including mascots) hosted by club mascots Cyril and Cybil
- Four match tickets in the West Stand
Booking a Mascot Experience
Please note that we will not be taking any bookings (Telephone or otherwise) when the fixtures are released at 9am on Wednesday, June 18.
Information is shown below about how to register your interest for a Mascot Experience.
Please send an email to matchdaymascot1415@swanseacityfc.co.uk with the following:
- Name (child & parent), age and contact telephone number.
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of a Barclays Premier League home fixture you would like to purchase.
OR
List your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice Barclays Premier League away fixtures that you would you like to attend (there is no charge for the away mascot position itself, however the cost of kit, tickets and travel needs to be met, in order to take up the position). NOTE: You cannot apply for this if you have already taken up an away game mascot position within the previous season (2013-14).
You will need to register your interest by 5pm on Wednesday, June 18. Please note that entries after this time will not be entered into the draw.
All entries will then be entered into a draw, which will take place on Monday, June 23.
All entries, successful or unsuccessful, will be notified by email on Friday, June 27.
Draw Process
If you are unsuccessful in obtaining your first choice of home Premier League fixture then you will be entered into a draw 2nd and 3rd choice respectively.
OR
If you are unsuccessful in obtaining an away Barclays Premier League fixture, you will be entered into a into a draw 2nd and 3rd choice respectively.
If unsuccessful in obtaining either of the above you will be entered into a pool for cup & home pre-season friendly mascot positions and the draw for these positions will take place when the fixtures are confirmed.
Please note that the above process is only an opportunity to enter for a Mascot Experience during the 2014/15 Barclays Premier League season. Good luck!
