Booking a Mascot Experience
This is an ideal birthday/Christmas present or just a special treat. All Swans matchday mascots have to be 6-12 years.
Mascot Packages features:
- A replica kit
- Lap of honour with Club Mascots
- Lead the team onto pitch
- A Swansea City football signed by the players
- A matchday programme
- Prized photograph with club captain and match officials
- Buffet for 4 guests (including mascot)
- 4 seats in the West Stand
- Complimentary memorable DVD
Please note that we will not be taking any bookings (Telephone or otherwise) when the fixtures are released at 9am on Wednesday, June 17.
Information is shown below about how to register your interest for a Mascot Experience.
Please send an email to matchdaymascot1516@swanseacityfc.co.uk with the following:
• Name (child & parent), age and contact telephone number.
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of a Barclays Premier League home fixture you would like to purchase.
OR
List your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice Barclays Premier League away fixtures that you would you like to attend (there is no charge for the away mascot position itself, however the cost of kit, tickets and travel needs to be met, in order to take up the position). NOTE: You cannot apply for this if you have already taken up an away game mascot position within the previous season (2014-15).
You will need to register your interest by 5pm on Friday, June 19. Please note that entries after this time will not be entered into the draw.
All entries will then be entered into a draw, which will take place on Friday, June 26.
All entries, successful or unsuccessful, will be notified by email on Friday, July 3.
Draw Process
If you are unsuccessful in obtaining your first choice of home Premier League fixture then you will be entered into a draw 2nd and 3rd choice respectively.
OR
If you are unsuccessful in obtaining an away Barclays Premier League fixture, you will be entered into a into a draw 2nd and 3rd choice respectively.
If unsuccessful in obtaining either of the above you will be entered into a pool for cup & home pre-season friendly mascot positions and the draw for these positions will take place when the fixtures are confirmed.
Please note that the above process is only an opportunity to enter for a Mascot Experience during the 2015/16 Barclays Premier League season.
