Anthony Wright | We will take three points, but we know we can improve

Coach Anthony Wright was pleased with a positive result for Swansea City Under-21s as they started the season with a 3-2 victory over Crewe Alexandra, but wants more from his team as they move forward.
Kyrell Wilson fired the Swans ahead at the break, before he grabbed another goal in the second period after setting up Morgan Bates for the hosts' second.
The visitors grabbed two goals in the last quarter of the game through Will Holt and Luca Moore, but the Swans held on to open their league campaign with a three-point haul.
But despite the three points, Wright felt the performance could have been much improved.
"To be honest, I thought we didn't perform well. It's not very often I say this, but I thought we were poor," said Wright.
"We didn't set the standards that we usually do, and that we know that we can. We played too much like individuals all over the pitch.
"I don't think we played with much urgency, and we took too many touches of the ball which slowed the game down.
"On another night, we could have scored more goals. We were disappointed to have conceded in the way we did. But, it's a positive we've started with a win."
And Wright also expressed the importance of pre-season, having seen the likes of Iestyn Jones, Sebastian Dabrowski, Arthur Parker and Blair Mckenzie involved in the first-team set-up.
"Our pre-season has been excellent, we've had a lot of the boys up with the first team, and involved in senior games, for us as preparation it's as good as you can get," he added.
"And that's what it's about, the development and it'll always be about the players.”
