Swansea City will be without Tom Carroll when they face Norwich City this weekend.

Carroll will miss the Canaries clash after suffering a recurrence of a hip problem, but there is plenty of good news from the treatment room.

Bersant Celina has been passed fit to feature despite a groin problem, while Joe Rodon is also in contention after an ankle complaint.

And boss Graham Potter has no fresh injury concerns following the latest round of international fixtures.

“Tom has had a bit of a setback with his hip. We are probably looking at next week for him – he won’t be available for Saturday,” Potter said.

“But Bersant is fine. He has trained well and will be okay.

“It’s the same with Joe. He rolled his ankle at the back-end of the Bolton game but he will be fine.”

Luciano Narsingh is hoping to return to full training next week after a hamstring problem, while Wilfried Bony continues to progress having made his return from a nine-month lay-off as a late substitute at Bolton 12 days ago.

“Wilfried has trained well this week,” Potter said.

“We are just building, building, building with him and he will get better and better as time goes on.

“We are working together with Wilfried and we just need to understand where he is at.”
