With Christmas looming, there’s some key information that fans need to know to make life easier during the festive period.
From returns to opening hours, here’s everything you need to know to avoid Christmas shopping stress.
Christmas Opening Hours
As of Monday, November 20, our opening hours will be extended to ensure that you are able to squeeze in all your holiday shopping.

Last Order Dates
If you’re doing your Swans Christmas shopping online at www.swansdirect.com this year, make sure you check the delivery deadline dates to avoid Christmas morning disappointment and to ensure that your order arrives before the big day.
The last order date for UK residents will be Wednesday, December 20 (£4.95 standard delivery charge), but for regions outside of the UK, please click HERE.
Returns Policy
If you open your presents to find someone has got you the wrong size, fear not because we will be extending our returns policy to enable you to obtain a refund or make an exchange after Christmas.
Any purchases made on, or after November 6, can be returned between December 26-January 13, 2018 (with proof of purchase).
