Swansea City would like to inform season ticket holders that their digital in-app tickets are now accessible through the Swans Official app.

All season ticket holders and match ticket holders are able to gain access to their digital ticket(s) through the club’s app, which is available to download from the App store (iOS) or Google Play store (Android).

To use the in-app ticketing service, supporters should ensure their app is up to date and that they are running the latest version to ensure the correct tickets are pulling through. This may involve visiting your relevant app store.

Ticket holders will need to use their Swansea Club Account to access their ticket and ensure it is linked to the correct season ticket account. For more information on this and a walkthrough of the steps needed, please visit our FAQs.

Eligible supporters can access the ‘Jacks’ tab of the Swans app and click ‘View your match day ticket’. This may prompt users to log in with their Swans Club Account, before displaying their ticket(s).

Swansea City would like to remind supporters who wish to use this service that it is the responsibility of ticket holders to check that their in-app ticket is visible before they travel to the Swansea.com Stadium. You will need internet connection for your season ticket to appear and we highly recommend adding your ticket to your wallet if possible.

Supporters are reminded that season tickets and print at home tickets will also remain fully operational, and ticket holders are welcome to use whichever option is most suitable for them.

Season Tickets

All season ticket holders should have now received their tickets. If you have not, please contact the ticket office. Contact details can be found further down this page.

Any supporters who have yet to buy a 2022-23 season ticket but wish to do so, have until midnight on Friday August 5 to purchase their 2022-23 season tickets online. In-person sales will end at 5pm on the same day.

Receiving tickets

The club aims to send all print at home tickets out at least a week before the game in question, with tickets being purchased after this point being emailed out daily.

Due to the mid-season break creating fixture congestion, supporters who book tickets for multiple fixtures may have sets of tickets for two different games that are currently on sale. Supporters are therefore strongly advised to check they are printing and bringing the correct match tickets, otherwise they will face issues at the turnstile and may miss kick-off.

The best and most convenient way to load your tickets is on the Swans App, with your tickets also being loaded onto the app a week before the fixture.

Contact Us

Supporters with any queries can contact the ticket office team via email (ticketing@swanseacity.com) or phone (01792 616400 and select option 1).

The ticket office will also be open for in-person visits every Thursday and Friday, between 9am and 5pm.

Supporters should be aware that we expect a high volume of queries ahead of the first home game of the season and therefore we urge anyone experiencing an issue with their ticket or account to contact the team well in advance of August 6. This will ensure we can resolve any issues in a timely manner for you.
