Nathan Dyer believes Wilfried Bony is on his way to becoming unstoppable as he gathers speed at Swansea City.

The Ivorian scored his second goal in as many games on Saturday, with Bony lashing home late on to secure three precious points for Paul Clement’s side against West Brom at the Liberty.

The striker again captained the Swans as he started his fourth game in a row as he nears full fitness.

And Dyer believes Bony, who turns 29 today, is on his way to hitting the kind of form which made him a huge hit at the Liberty during his first spell with the club.

“He is a massive presence for us. His hold-up play is outstanding and we can get up the pitch a lot easier with him being there,” said Dyer.

“We know if we put the right ball into the box then he will be attacking it.

“He is still getting his fitness back but a fully fit Bony would be unstoppable.

“Some of the deliveries into the box weren’t that great on Saturday, but if we keep feeding him and giving him half chances then he will take them.”
