Further extension to season-ticket renewal deadline
Swansea City supporters are advised the deadline for season-ticket renewals has been further extended to the end of Saturday, April 6.
The deadline had previously been pushed back from March 31 to April 2, due to issues affecting some supporters who had sought to renew through Zebra Finance.
Those issues are ongoing, meaning the club has taken the decision to move the deadline back further to Saturday, April 6, to make sure fans have ample time to secure their seat for the 2019/20 campaign.
If you are an existing season ticket holder who would like to renew using the five or 10-month instalment plan for the 2019-20 season, please contact the ticket office at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01792 616400 during office opening hours prior to and on the day of the Saturday, April 6 deadline.
Please be advised that your seat and season ticket price will not be affected due to the delay and the club will be in contact once the technical issue has been resolved.
All supporters who have already purchased their season tickets for the 2019-20 season using Zebra Finance and have signed their agreement do not need to be concerned. Your agreement terms will be honoured for the remainder of your finance contract.
Supporters will be able to renew online until 23.59pm on Saturday, while the ticket office will be open from 10am to 6pm on the same day for those wishing to renew in person or over the phone.

How to renew
The quickest and easiest way for supporters to renew their season ticket is to do so online HERE (until the end of Saturday, April 6, 2019). Supporters are also welcome to visit the ticket office or phone 01792 616400 to renew their season ticket.
To renew online, you must ensure you have:
- A Swans Club Account.
- Are able to log in via login.swanseacity.com
- Are linked to their own correct season ticket account number under the “Link My Account” page of their profile. This number needs to match the number on the bottom left corner of your card.
- If the wrong account is linked, please email email@example.com.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to renew online and haven’t yet created your Swans Club Account, please read our story HERE for more information on how to create your new account. If you need help, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Please ensure that you have a valid email address at the time of renewal, as your application cannot be completed without one.
All existing season ticket holders who renew will NOT receive new cards in the post, so please make sure you keep your current season card. Your season ticket will also be available on the official Swans App to use for matchday entry.
Supporters are advised that the club will be making two significant age group changes to ticket categories next season, increasing the seniors age from 60 to 65 and children from under-16 to under-18. For more information, click HERE.
For clarity, to qualify for the senior rate for existing season ticket holders, you must be 60 on August 1, 2019. Similarly, if you are 18 on August 1, 2019 then you will not qualify for the junior rate.
Supporters purchasing student season tickets will be required to provide proof of their enrolment in full-time education by October 31, 2019. Valid proof of eligibility is a dated and stamped letter from your school or university stating that you will be undertaking a full-time course during the 2019-20 season, or a valid date-specific student ID card.
