Jack Army Membership update

Jack Army members from the 2012-13 season have until 12noon on Friday (July 19) to review their points allocation for the new campaign.
After this cut off point, last season's memberships will be cleared off the system in order for the 2013-14 membership scheme to commence on Monday.
Once this has been completed any bonus points, if applicable, will be added to the 2013-14 Jack Army memberships.

Scheme reminder
The Jack Army Membership scheme is now open for renewals and new applications for the Barclays Premier League season 2013-14.

This is a loyalty points scheme which has operated successfully over the course of the last two seasons and created an opportunity for season ticket holders to purchase additional tickets and supporters who have not been able to acquire a season ticket the opportunity to attend Swansea City fixtures.
The details of ticketing sales and required loyalty points (where applicable) will be announced on a game-by-game basis.
The loyalty points for each game will be announced soon.
The cost of joining the scheme will remain the same as last season at £10 Season Ticket holders, Vice Presidents and Premier Club members and £25 non-season ticket holders. Please note, there is a £1.50 admin fee.
All current members will have to re-join if they want to maintain their membership. The membership fee, priced as above, must also be paid.
Membership will allow you to link to family and friends so that you can buy tickets together providing you are all members. Linking membership can be done online only.
Current 2012-13 Jack Army Members can continue to use their allocated account number and password.
As a thank you to those Jack Army members from the 2012-13 season, the following points will be added to your account (as soon as possible after your purchase of membership) when you renew:
- Accounts with 150 - 200 points get 12pts
- Accounts with 100 - 149 points get 8pts
- Accounts with 50 - 99 points get 6pts
- Accounts with 35 - 49 points get 4pts
Supporters are reminded that anyone who has renewed or recently signed up for the Jack Army membership scheme receives an added 20 points to their original tally.
If you are an existing member or a season ticket holder please have your season ticket/account number to hand. You will need this to purchase your membership, along with your postcode which should be entered using capital letters and with a space where appropriate in your postcode. If you are unsure of your season ticket/account number please contact the Ticket Office on 0844 815 6665.
