Swansea City defender Stephen Kingsley has joined Championship side Hull City for an undisclosed fee.

The Scottish international heads to the KCOM Stadium shortly after midfielder Sam Clucas moved in the opposite direction.

Kingsley ends a three-year stint as a Swan, having made 17 Premier League appearances for the club since joining from Falkirk back in 2014.

The 23-year-old's most recent top-flight appearance came in last season's final-day victory over West Brom.

However, with Martin Olsson established as the Swans’ first-choice left-back, Kingsley did not make the squad for the first two league matches of this campaign.

He now heads to Hull hoping to play regular football as the Tigers target an immediate return to the Premier League after penning a three-year deal.

Everyone at Swansea City would like to thank Stephen for his contribution over the last three seasons and wish him all the best for the future.
