Live streaming update
For those season ticket holders who opted for live streaming as part of their 2019-20 refund option, you should have now received your promotional code via email which will give you access to all nine remaining Championship games, including ‘live’ Sky fixtures.
We have been running a test stream since Tuesday where you can check everything is working. A large proportion of supporters have already gone through this process.
However, if you have yet to test your code, we would urge you to do so as soon as possible so that we can rectify any issues in plenty of time ahead of Saturday’s trip to Middlesbrough. We cannot guarantee resolving issues if large numbers sign in just before kick-off.
We sent out a full guide on how to register and sign in with your code, but further assistance is available below. And remember, you will also need to register for a Swans Club Account to log in.

We will be operating a hotline number 01792 616599 from 10am – 4pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The helpline will be open for 90 minutes prior to kick-off for each fixture.
Lines are currently very busy, so we encourage you to email in the first instance and we will come back to you as soon as we can.
Supporters who are not due to receive a promotional code can purchase each individual game for £10 HERE. Unfortunately, live Sky fixtures will not be available to purchase.
Mobile/tablet: If you are on a mobile device you can only view the live content on the Official Swans App. You can download this on android or IOS handsets. Please ensure that you have selected the video or audio button. Audio is available on all devices.
