Steve Cooper expects to have the same squad to select from for Swansea City’s play-off second leg against Barnsley, after reporting no new injury issues following Monday’s first game.

The Swans host the Tykes at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday evening looking to build on their 1-0 win at Oakwell.

The victory in Yorkshire came courtesy of a battling display, and head coach Cooper confirmed his side had emerged unscathed when it came to availability for the second leg.

Defenders Brandon Cooper and Tivonge Rushesha will be the only players missing, with both having also been absent from the first leg.

“The boys are good, fortunately there were no negatives in terms of availability from the game the other night,” he said.

“We have pretty much got the same squad to select from and we are motivated for the game and ready to give 100 per cent.”
