Pay on the day for Cheltenham cup clash

Swans fans can purchase tickets on the day for the Checkatrade Trophy tie at Cheltenham on Tuesday night (7.45pm).

Tickets are now off sale from the Liberty, but supporters will be able to pay on the gate as the club’s under-21s side head to Whaddon Road.

Tickets are priced: £5 adults; £3 concessions.

This is the first game of the competition in Group E, with the young Swans also taking on Newport County at Rodney Parade on October 10 before their final group game at Forest Green Rovers on October 31.

Travel information

There’s no car park at the ground and limited street parking. There’s a free 'Park & Ride' (10 mins) to the ground from Cheltenham Racecourse, signposted around the town.

Buses leave every 20 minutes from 6pm–7.20pm and return to the car park at 9.45pm, 10.05pm and 10.25pm.

By train: Cheltenham Spa station is 2.5 miles away. The “D” Bus runs from the station car park six times an hour in the day and three in the evening. It takes you to the town centre then a 15-minute walk. The less frequent “A” Bus goes directly to Whaddon Road, while a taxi is around £10.

Trains leave Swansea at 2.55pm, 3.29pm and 3.55pm for the two hour 15 minute journey. Trains back are 9.52pm and 11pm getting into Swansea at 1.06am and 2.38am.
