Swansea City look for a third home win in succession when they host Watford this afternoon (12.30pm).

The Swans face the Hornets in the second of back-to-back home league games, having picked up three points against last season's play-off finalists Sheffield United last week.

Watford come into the fixture on the back of a home win against Queens Park Rangers at Vicarage Road, having lost their opening day clash with Charlton Athletic.

Head coach Alan Sheehan reported no new injury concerns ahead of this afternoon's Championship clash with Watford.

The Swans boss confirmed both Ricardo Santos and Filip Lissah have stepped up their injury recoveries and are back on the grass.

Meanwhile, newest arrival Marko Stamenic is in contention for his home debut.

Pre-match views

Alan Sheehan: "The mood has been really good. The mood around the football club in general is really good, and we added to that with the performance and win against Sheffield United.

"We want to keep on building with that. This is a new group, we want to find that consistency with that level of performance in order to be competitive.

"It'll be a tough game. They're a highly physical and athletic team. A team who recruited well in the summer and brought in some quality.

"We've got to put our own stamp on the game, get the fans involved and hopefully we'll have a positive day."

Paulo Pezzolano: "We know Swansea is a very intense team, and a team which is very strong at home.

"The most important thing for us is to be fully committed.

"They will be very aggressive and very intense. It’s been a while since we’ve won away, several months.

"Tomorrow, we have a great opportunity to change that."
