Swans Academy makes coaching changes
20th August 2015
Swansea City has carried out a reshuffle in its Academy coaching team as part of an on-going review process aimed at securing Category One status.
The Under-21 squad will now be coached by Lead Coach Gary Richards and Cameron Toshack, who step up from the Under-18s. They will work under David Adams who will continue to oversee the U21s within his role as Head of Coaching.
Their positions with the Under-18s team will be taken by Eric Ramsey and Chris Llewellyn.
Both squads have taken the step up this season to fulfil category one fixtures in the Barclays Premier League divisions.
It means all Academy age groups from Under-9 to Under-21 are now competing within the category one games programme for the first time.
