Swans trio called up by Wales

Swansea City trio Connor Roberts, Joe Rodon and Dan James have been named in the Wales squad.

The three Swans youngsters have been called up for a training camp and friendly against Mexico in California on May 28.

Right-back Roberts will aim to add to the first cap he won against Uruguay in March, while central defender Rodon and winger James, both 20, will hope to feature at senior level for the first time.

Wales boss Ryan Giggs, who is without the likes of Neil Taylor, James Chester, Joe Allen and Gareth Bale, has included a number of uncapped youngsters.

Andy King, who has just completed a loan spell at the Liberty Stadium, has also been named in the squad along with former Swans Ashley Williams, Jazz Richards, Ryan Hedges.
