Swansea City’s Connor Roberts and Ben Cabango have been named in the Wales squad for the upcoming Euro 2020 finals.

The Swans pair were among the 26 names read out by coach Rob Page for the tournament, which is taking place a year later than planned having been postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Roberts and Cabango are included after having fine seasons for club and country, and will now link up with the Wales squad ahead of their opening group fixture against Switzerland in Baku on Saturday, June 12.

Wales will face France in Nice and Albania in Cardiff in the coming week as part of their final preparations for the tournament.

Wales will also play Turkey in Azerbaijan, before completing their group stage campaign by taking on Italy in Rome.

Swansea City academy products Ben Davies, Joe Rodon, Joe Allen and Dan James are also included in the squad.

Goalkeeper Lewis Webb, meanwhile, has been included in the Wales Under-21 squad for their upcoming European Championship qualifier against Moldova.

Everyone at Swansea City congratulates Connor, Ben and Lewis on their selections.
