Swansea City season ticket holder update and information for in-person ticket office visits

Swansea City would like to provide an update to season ticket holders regarding their season ticket cards for the 2025-26 season, and provide confirmation of the new ticket office opening times.
Season Ticket Holders
Season ticket holders who have renewed their existing seats for the upcoming campaign and haven’t changed price class, will be able to continue using their current season ticket cards.
New cards will only be issued to new season ticket holders or those who renewed their season tickets and changed price class, or relocated to a new seat.
If you fall into one of the above categories and are expecting a new season ticket card but have not received it by Friday 1st August, please contact the ticket office team via the details at the bottom of this page.
In-person visits
The club shop is now managing ticket sales and enquiries giving supporters more opportunities to speak to our ticketing staff in person.
The club shop is open between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or 10am and 2pm on a Saturday (non-matchdays).
Please note, it will not be possible to purchase tickets in the club shop on home matchday.
Digital tickets
All current season ticket holders can make use of a digital ticket through the Swans app, providing they have linked their season ticket to their Swans Club Account correctly. Fans are encouraged to click HERE to log in to our website and check if they have linked their ticket to their email address.
Full information on in-app ticketing can be found HERE.
Fans are reminded that the digital ticket is not essential and either the physical ticket card can be utilised OR the in-app ticket.
