Swansea City support #WorldWithoutNature campaign

Today (March 3) is World Wildlife Day and Swansea City have joined with other football clubs and businesses across the globe to show its support for the #WorldWithoutNature campaign.

#WorldWithoutNature is an annual campaign from the World Wildlife Federation which highlights that nature is in crisis.

Removing the Swan from the club badge highlights the risk that nature loss presents to our planet.

Global wildlife population sizes have plummeted by an average of  69 per cent since 1970. The UK has lost 70 per cent of ancient woodlands. Rivers are polluted and wildflower meadows are almost gone.
