Swansea City Under-18s Reading Premier League South

4th September

Swansea City Under-18s return to action in the Barclays Premier League South Division when they face Reading at Landore on Saturday (1pm).
The young Swans are still without a win since making the move up to category one football, narrowly losing their last outing 2-1 away at Fulham.
Meanwhile, Reading have made an unbeaten start to the season including a 4-1 victory at home to Arsenal.
Injuries mean the U18s could include at least two players from the U16s, while a trialist could also feature this weekend.
And coach Eric Ramsay insists the squad will look to improve and build on that narrow defeat to Fulham a fortnight ago.
"We've had a welcome break from the league where we have been able to learn and build on the areas we talked about in our last game," he said.
"We performed very well against Fulham and were strong in defence even after being forced down to ten men when Keiran Evans went off injured.
"We will need to focus on building on that performance and ensure our work in defence continues this weekend while looking to capitalise on the chances we get on the counter attack.
"Reading have made a great start to the season - they are a strong squad and it will be another tough test."
