Swansea City Under-21s are through to the last 16 of the Premier League Cup after finishing second in Group A.
The Swans drew 1-1 in their final group-stage fixture against Premier League outfit Aston Villa on Friday evening.
Their progression was confirmed on Monday night following the result between Brighton and Hull City.
The Seagulls secured a 4-1 win after falling behind in the first half, but could not get the 10-goal swing they required to snatch the runners-up spot in the group.
