Job title: Employability Trainer
Hours: Full-time (35 hours). Fixed term initially until August 31, 2017. Continuation beyond that date is subject to performance and funding.
Rate of pay: £20,000 pa.
Place of work: Initially based at Neath YMCA with outreach work across South Wales.
Swansea City Community Trust, the Swans' registered charity, is looking to recruit an Employability Trainer to deliver workshops on the Trust's Community Employability Projects and empowering unemployed and economically inactive members of the community to overcome barriers into training, education and employment.
