Hosford made her debut for the Swans in 2013, having come through the club's development centres.

Since then, Hosford has gone on to help her side to four Genero Adran Premier titles, before being named club captain ahead of the 2023-24 campaign.

Hosford has also been a part of four cup victories with the Swans, and finished as the club's joint top scorer in the 2022-23 campaign with 15 goals.
