Brisland-Hancocks rejoined the Swans at the beginning of the 2023-24 campaign, having previously spent seven years with the Swans before joining Cardiff Met in 2019.

The midfielder helped the Swans to the 2016-17 Genero Adran Premier title before her departure, going on to help Met to two Adran Trophy titles.
