Disabled Tickets

Swansea City are pleased to be able to offer disabled supporters the ability to purchase tickets, where available, through our e-ticketing site.

For home matches at the Swansea.com Stadium, supporters will able to select their own seat, in easy access & wheelchair areas, as well as general admission seating and be able to checkout their own ticket and a personal assistant ticket, assuming the required criteria is met. Supporters are asked to provide the ticket office with documentation supporting their claim for a carer ticket (more information below), at which point the relevant permissions will be added to their account for future purchases. For details on required criteria and documentation to provide, fans are asked to contact the ticket office in person, by calling 01792 616 400, or by emailing ticketing@swanseacity.com.

For away matches, supporters with ambulant and wheelchair accessibility requirements are asked to apply within the ballot, which operates online. Should supporters receive a message claiming they are ineligible, they are advised to contact the Ticket Office to ensure their account has the correct permissions.
