Ash: Full steam ahead now

Ashley Williams feels the Swans need to finish March at full speed after taking their foot off the pedal at West Brom.
Michael Laudrup's side had taken the lead at The Hawthorns on Saturday before going down to a 2-1 defeat.
It means the Swans are ninth in the table with 40 points ahead of home fixtures with Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur either side of the international break.
And Williams feels the squad will need to be at full tilt if they are to maintain their top-half finish in the Barclays Premier League.
"We have got to continue pushing ourselves. It's not about being safe, it's about finishing as high as we can," said the Wales skipper. "We'd be disappointed if we didn't finish in the top ten.
"But I felt we took our foot off the pedal at West Brom and let them back in (the game). That's frustrating, and the dressing room felt that.
"I felt it was a game we could have won. I'm not taking anything away from them, but we let victory slip away."
Luke Moore headed the Swans in front against his former club before Romelu Lukaku leveled before the break.
Lukaku was then denied from the penalty spot as Michel Vorm dived low down to keep out his spot-kick, but West Brom took the spoils after Gareth McAuley headed home.
Substitute Roland Lamah thought he scored a legitimate goal - backed up by TV replays - with two minutes left but he was wrongly flagged for offside.
Williams added: "It should have stood, but it's gone now.
"A few of the boys spoke to the linesman, we've seen it on the video and it's a clear goal. But the decision was made, and we have to accept it."
