It's time to get your Swans Club Account ready
With Swansea City due to restart their Championship campaign behind closed doors from June 20, we are continuing to plan for the big kick-off.
We are still waiting for the EFL to confirm that we can stream all our games live to our supporters. Once we have more details, we will, of course, update you.
In the meantime, it is important, especially for season ticket holders, seasonal corporate, hospitality and Premier Club members to sign up for a Swans Club Account.
If you already have one, then please ensure your details are up to date, particularly your email address and marketing preferences. It’s also important to link your account to your existing account number (further details below).
This way, it will be easier to access any live streams at home and away. It is also important to do this as soon as possible to avoid any issues ahead of the first potential live stream, where we would expect large streaming numbers.
Designed to make life easier for Swans fans online, a Swans Club Account is also a great way to remain up to date with the latest news and communications from Swansea City and allow you to use just one account to purchase tickets and merchandise.

Supporters with existing accounts are asked to log in on swanseacity.com and check their contact details are correct and in particular their email address.
Those who do not have a Swans Club Account can set up an account HERE.
Season ticket holders, seasonal corporate and hospitality guests who are yet to create a Swans Club Account must follow these steps:
- Your preferred email address.
- Select your marketing preferences.
- Link your new account to your existing account number.

Marketing preferences
Subscribing to a mailing list means supporters can choose what they want to receive from the latest club news to ticket availability and the latest merchandise and hospitality offers.
To start receiving emails from the club, supporters are asked to follow these simple steps:
- Log into your Swans Club Account on swanseacity.com
- Go to your marketing preferences in your profile
- Select what you want to receive
- Save your changes
Supporters can change their marketing preferences and/or unsubscribe at any time.
