The Ghanaian was sent on for the final few minutes as Fenerbahce moved seven points clear of the drop with two games remaining.
Meanwhile, Borja was in action for Alaves in La Liga.
He came off the bench for the last 25 minutes as Alaves went down 3-1 to Valencia at the Mestella.
