Marc Guehi believes there are a number of positive signs for Swansea City, provided they continue to keep fighting and believing in themselves.

The Swans remained second in the Championship after coming from a goal down to draw at Brentford on Tuesday night.

It was another impressive away performance from Steve Cooper’s side, one that could easily have yielded all three points but for some excellent saves by David Raya.

It maintained their unbeaten away record, and sets them up for another challenging away trip to Norwich at the weekend.

And Guehi – who was again a authoritative presence in the Swansea defence – hopes Swansea’s encouraging form can continue.

“I feel there are really positive signs at the moment if we can keep digging in, if we can keep winning, if we can keep picking up results,” said the defender.

“If we can do that, I feel there is a real chance for us to achieve something this year.

“It’s a really good sign to still be unbeaten away from home, that is a sign of the strength and togetherness we have as a squad.

“You can only get results away from home if you are together as a group. It doesn’t happen otherwise.

“Any game we go into, we keep believing in ourselves, keep that confidence high. If we do that there’s no reason there cannot be a lot more wins and results to come."
