Oli called up by Scotland

Oli McBurnie has been named in the senior Scotland squad for the first time.

The Swansea City striker has been called up for the friendlies against Costa Rica and Hungary later this month on the back of his fine form since joining Barnsley on loan.

McBurnie has scored five times in seven appearances for the Championship club, a return which has caught the attention of new Scotland boss Alex McLeish.

Already capped at under-21 level, McBurnie will now hope to play for the Scottish senior side for the first time.
