Pre-match views

Byron Anthony: "We need to trust the process with regards to believing in our principals and doing what we require in terms of dominating possession and being able to get on the ball.

"We look to press them up front as much as we can do, and get behind the lines. We've still got a relatively new group and we're only four games in, so we have got lots to work on.

"The boys are in a position where they work together, they trust each other, so they'll be able to bounce back and we'll get ourselves in a position where we'll respond well at Charlton and the boys will be the key drivers behind that."
