Swans concerned over Olsson

Swansea City fear Martin Olsson may have suffered a significant injury after the left-back was stretchered off at Brentford.

Olsson went down in obvious pain after only nine minutes of the Swans’ 3-2 victory at Griffin Park.

He was carried off after receiving extensive treatment on the pitch.

While it is too early to determine the extent of the problem, boss Graham Potter admits the early signs are not good.

“It doesn’t look a good one with Martin,” said the Swans manager.

“It looks like the Achilles area, but we will have to get it scanned and then see exactly what the problem is.”
