Swansea City seeks local musicians for matchday entertainment

Swansea City is offering talented local musicians and groups the opportunity to provide matchday entertainment for supporters at the Swansea.com Stadium.

As the club seeks to add to the game day experience and atmosphere, we would love nothing more than to provide local artists with the chance to get the Jack Army in good voice on our concourses and in our hospitality areas.

Any musicians or bands who wish to be considered can register their interest through the below link.

If supporters would like to share any videos or audio of any artists performing in order for them to be considered they can be sent to marketing@swanseacity.com.

The club is hoping to begin staging matchday performances from our first home fixture in December against Nottingham Forest (Saturday, December 11), although this is subject to change.

We would ask that all musicians and bands interested in performing bear the following in mind:

• Artists will need to produce evidence that all their electrical equipment is PAT tested (within the last 12 months).
• We have limited power in the concourses so ideally acoustic acts would be used in the concourse areas.
• Music will be cut upon instruction should we have a safety announcement to play though the stadium’s PA system.
